Brand Introduction
Nagarro is a global technology company operating across 36 countries, with a team of over 18,000 engineers, technologists, and consultants. The company works with clients across industries including AI & data, FinTech, retail tech, life sciences, and risk & compliance, helping them build, scale, and transform through technology.
The Challenge
Nagarro is a global technology company with 23 senior leaders across AI & data, FinTech, retail tech, life sciences, risk & compliance, talent, and North America market strategy. These leaders were deeply accomplished: CTOs, Managing Directors, Co-Founders, Executive Board Members with decades of combined expertise.
But outside their immediate professional circles? Almost invisible.
They weren’t posting. When they did, it didn’t reflect who they actually were. Their LinkedIn profiles were either outdated, underoptimised, or missing entirely as a tool for building credibility. The challenge wasn’t expertise; they had plenty of that. It was visibility. And for a company trying to grow its presence globally, having your leaders silent on LinkedIn is a missed opportunity that compounds month after month.
The Solution
We didn't start with content. We started with understanding.
Before writing a single post, we conducted individual LinkedIn audits for every leader, profiling their existing content, engagement patterns, follower base, profile completeness, and how they stacked up against credible voices in their respective industries. This gave us a factual baseline and surfaced gaps most leaders didn’t know existed.
We ran individual onboarding calls with each leader. Not a generic group webinar. One-to-one. The goal was to understand how they think, how they speak, what they care about and explain exactly where the gaps were and what we’d do about it. Most leaders had never had a structured conversation about their personal brand before.
For each leader, we went through their existing LinkedIn history, talks they’d given, interviews they’d done, and their areas of expertise and built a “goldmine” document. A sheet of 20-30 topics they had already spoken about in their careers, but had never posted about on LinkedIn. Ideas they already owned, just sitting unused. This immediately removed the “I don’t know what to write about” barrier.
We developed a distinct tone of voice for each leader. Not a corporate template. Actual writing rules, sentence length, vocabulary, the ideas they lead with, the audience they’re speaking to, what makes them sound like them and not like a LinkedIn content machine.
Instead of overwhelming leaders with a big content calendar once a month, we shifted to sharing 23 highly specific post ideas every week, mapped to their domain, their expertise, and what was happening in their industry that week. Ideas that were conversation-starting and required minimal input from the leader to execute.
The Outcome
Within the first month of active posting, results at the cohort level already showed movement and the direction was clear.
Leaders who had never posted consistently began showing up in their industries' conversations. Content written in their actual voice, around topics they genuinely had opinions on, performed significantly better than anything produced for a brand page. The difference was immediate and measurable.
This is the core insight the programme proved: personal branding outperforms brand page content, every time. A post from a CTO carries credibility that a company post simply cannot replicate. Audiences engage differently when a real person is speaking. The algorithm rewards it. The network effect compounds it.
23 senior leaders. One programme. Built around making expertise impossible to ignore.
